This present work is provided with PDFs of the score and orchestral parts, in Letter and A4 papers sizes. The source files (with the .ly extension) are also present, if one desires to make use of the source.

By default, the paper size is set to "letter" in the source files. If one desires to change the paper size of each file, then access each .ly file and make the desired change (the \paper and \layout tags are found on the bottom of each page).

Please note that "defs.ly" is a file containing purely source information and is not compilable - attempting to compile said files under Lilypond simply returns a successful check in parsing.

MIDI files are provided, however due to technical limitations in Lilypond's synthesizer the files are only available in the "Acoustic Grand Piano" instrument, and repeats and trills are not heeded. The MIDI is recommended only to get a quick idea of the contents of the piece.

This current edition is bereft of figured bass.
