In order to typeset the tablature part of this score the guitar macros,
'TABdefs' by Ronald Gelten, see
http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/musixtex/add-ons/tabdefs.tex
have been used for the strings and frets while the specific Italian type lute
tablature note value symbols have been drawn using a modified version of the
TeX font created by Wayne Cripp for his lute tabulation typesetting program
'Tab', see http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~wbc/lute/AboutTab.html, plus an
associated macro collection 'tablmacros2.tex'.

The mensuration notation symbols have been typeset by means of a modified
version of the Lilypond feta fonts and associated TeX-macros found in
http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/scores/ravenscroft/common.zip.

In order to process the score all macro collections and the METAFONT sources
'lute-tex.mf' and 'lute8-tex.mf' must be installed such that TeX can find them.

The typesetting sources is accompanied by a type 1 version of the lute
tabulation font provided by Takanori Uchiyama. If you want to process the M-Tx
sources using the type 1 font you must install it as described in Takanori
Uchiyama's README file.
