This Grande Etude Galop is very similar to Gottschalk's Tournament
Galop (the last piece of the Dover Gottschalk's selection). I think
Quidant's piece is more interesting, and I believe it was the original
piece. It was also called Mazeppa in some publishers's catalogs.
    It is not clearly said where to jump to the Coda after you have 
resumed playing at the repeat sign, but it is likely to be at bottom of
page 4.
