In order to process the MUP sources to the typesettings of 'The Whole Booke of Psalmes' you need to copy the MUP iclude files bookofpsalmsetup.mup and mensural.mup found in the zip archive mupcommon.zip into your working directory or to the directory pointed to by the environment variable MUPPATH.

The Quikscript files Mfont.pfa, mfont.qs and mycntpagnm.qs must be present in the working directory together with the files referenced from the Quikscript distribution.
